Moltofino's cuisine is based around a modern Italian theme, with a foundation of Italian tradition, ingredients and methods.
Dishes range from traditional favourite pastas, through to more flamboyant seafood and meat dishes, always with an emphasis on quality and consistency, and delight to the senses.
The menus are complemented by daily blackboard specials, which have an emphasis on seafood as our specialty, as well as seasonal dishes using the freshest and best produce.

Moltofino is fully licensed and has an exquisite yet affordable wine list to complement the fine food.
The wine list has been carefully selected and maintained by the experience of Franco Teghini, and is in constant metamorphis to coincide with the movement of the menus.
With a wide spectrum of wines, from the New Zealand coast to the Margaret river, and then to the vineyards of Tuscany, you are sure to find a wine to match your meal and tastes.
The restaurant is also BYO (bottled wine only), with corkage of $3.50 per head.
